  • What is required to apply for an apartment?

    Applicants will need to provide a completed application form, a valid photo ID, proof of income documentation, and a non-refundable application fee.
  • Is there an application fee or security deposit?

    Yes. An application fee is required to cover background and credit checks. A security deposit is also collected and may be refundable based on lease terms and the condition of the apartment upon move out.
  • What lease terms are available?

    Standard lease options typically include 6-month and 12-month terms. Select properties may also offer month-to-month arrangements at an increased rate.
  • What income or credit requirements are needed?

    Most properties require monthly income to be between 2 and 3 times the monthly rent amount. Credit history and rental history will also be reviewed. Cosigners and housing assistance programs are accepted at some locations.
