What is required to apply for an apartment?
Applicants will need to provide a completed application form, a valid photo ID, proof of income documentation, and a non-refundable application fee.Is there an application fee or security deposit?
Yes. An application fee is required to cover background and credit checks. A security deposit is also collected and may be refundable based on lease terms and the condition of the apartment upon move out.What lease terms are available?
Standard lease options typically include 6-month and 12-month terms. Select properties may also offer month-to-month arrangements at an increased rate.What income or credit requirements are needed?
Most properties require monthly income to be between 2 and 3 times the monthly rent amount. Credit history and rental history will also be reviewed. Cosigners and housing assistance programs are accepted at some locations.
